The fire fighting lift r↕βoom should be equipped with'γ an anteroom, the area of wh'®₽ich should not be less than 4.5δλ0m^2 for residential bu•≤≈ildings and 6.00m^2 for other bui♠σ&ldings. When the anteroomε♦ is used in conjunction with the smok♥✔σe-proof stairwell, the area of whi↓→•ch should not be less than 6.00m^2 for ≠€residential buildings• and 10m^2 for other buildings.
(1) The fire fighting liεβft room should be equipped witε∞✔"h an anteroom, the area of whδ©ich should not be less t→¥han 4.50m^2 for residential buildings ₽☆and 6.00m^2 for other buildings. When$β↑× the anteroom is used in conjπ♦unction with the smoε→∏ke-proof stairwell, the ar♣ λ ea of which should not ' be less than 6.00m^2 for resi£™≥$dential buildings and 10m^2₩σ € for other buildings.ו
(2) The front room of the fire fight→÷ing lift room should be set♦© up against the outer w↑γall, and there should be a ∑ direct access to the outdoor area ↑★÷on the first floor or a pΩ≈α→assageway with a length♥α of not more than 30m leading to thδ↑e outdoor area.
(3) The door of the ₹>¥•front room of the fire fighting li"¥ft room shall adopt Class B fire φ♠door or fire shutter with ↓Ω£stopping function.
(4) The load capacity of the≠& fire service lift shall not be less th<∞ an 800kg.
(5) Fire-fighting lift wells →©and machine rooms shall be separated ≥∑πfrom adjacent other lif≠€t wells and machine roo✘≥↓ms by partition walls with fire resis"∏tance limit not less than ∞¥F2.ooh, and when doors ™≈are opened on the part∏×$ ition walls, Class A fire doorsα∏σ shall be provided.
(6) The travelling speed of the ♦↔fire service lift shall be determin§<∞★ed by calculating the run<ε¶ning time from the first f'÷×loor to the top floor not ¶★exceeding 60s.
(7) The interior decoration of the €§♠car of the fire service liΩ✔♥ft shall be made of non-combustible ↔₩'materials.
(8) The fire lift car shoul♣$®d be equipped with a spec₩'®ial telephone, and should be sδ₽¥et up on the first floλ☆or for firefighters to manipula✔←←σte the button.
(9) The doorway of th¥δ☆↕e front room of the fire liσ₽ ft room should be equipped with∏♥☆' water blocking facilities. Drainage'®×→ facilities should be provided at ✔≠≤the bottom of the fire ♦£≠lift shaft, and the capacity of ↔>the drainage well should nσ♥ot be less than 2.00m3, a♠☆≈nd the drainage pump∏✘π discharge should not be less than γ£α¶1oL/s.
(10) Power and control ✔cables and wires should b₽φe waterproof.
(11) The fire-fightin$✘δg lift can be used in conjunctio®π✔↕n with the passenger elevator or wo✔§♠rking lift, but it should meet the ∑δabove requirements.
(12) In high-rise building₽>§s, fire lifts should be arranged&£ to consider the convenience o₩Ωf firefighters, and should be combine&"d with the evacuation ↑∞φ≠stairwell arrangement.
