What are the requirements fo£≠♦÷r the provision of fire servic₩πe lifts

The fire fighting lift roo$£€∏m should be equipped ♠σ ™with an anteroom, the area o€¶≈∏f which should not be less than ®©4.50m^2 for residential building¥✘β"s and 6.00m^2 for other buildings. Wh∏Ωen the anteroom is used in conjunction ♠✘<βwith the smoke-proof stairwell, the §≠★area of which should n∑≠ ot be less than 6.00 £☆φm^2 for residential b↔≠♦αuildings and 10m^2 for othe'←↔r buildings.
(1) The fire fighting lift ro₩om should be equipped with anδ®♣λ anteroom, the area of ≤λ₽which should not be less than ♥&4.50m^2 for residential ™↓ buildings and 6.00m^2 for other§<≈₩ buildings. When the anter'© oom is used in conjunction with the₽¥←σ smoke-proof stairwell, the area of w≤§hich should not be less than 6.00m^2 foφr residential buildings and 10m^∏±2 for other buildings.
(2) The front room of th¶"☆e fire fighting lift r'×₹oom should be set up against the oute×↕r wall, and there shoul∞↔→d be a direct access £γto the outdoor area o≤✔ n the first floor or a passageway withγ< a length of not more than 30m lea↔↑↕≈ding to the outdoor areaδ±★↑.
(3) The door of the front ro™®$om of the fire fighting lift roσ© om shall adopt Class B fire €→γ✔door or fire shutter with stop™>ping function.
(4) The load capacity of the fire se'←>rvice lift shall not be less¥σ× than 800kg.
(5) Fire-fighting lift wells and mach♦δine rooms shall be seβσ parated from adjacent other l× αift wells and machine r ✘✔ooms by partition walls with fire re"λ∏sistance limit not less than F2.α≤ooh, and when doors are opene★d on the partition walls, Class A f& →ire doors shall be provided.
(6) The travelling speed of the f₹$φire service lift shall be✔★ determined by calculating the runnin₹×♠↑g time from the first floor to ₽™"the top floor not exceeding 60s.
(7) The interior decor<∞£ation of the car of the fire serv↕☆♥ ice lift shall be made± ≤ of non-combustible mater¶λ↓ials.
(8) The fire lift car should be eq¥§δuipped with a special ✔β> telephone, and should σβ☆₩be set up on the first floor for firefi♠✔ghters to manipulate t& ₩he button.
(9) The doorway of the front room∑★ of the fire lift roomβ © should be equipped ™→♥with water blocking facilities. Dra₹✘inage facilities should π£¶be provided at the bottβδ↔om of the fire lift sh♣££aft, and the capacity oσf the drainage well should not be less ←→ than 2.00m3, and the drainage pump dΩ←♣©ischarge should not be less than 1®☆¶$oL/s.
(10) Power and control cables andγ∞φ wires should be waterproof.
(11) The fire-fighting lift ↕∑ε can be used in conjunction with the©∞♣↓ passenger elevator or working lift, bu•≠t it should meet the above requirements↔☆™ .
(12) In high-rise buil €dings, fire lifts should be arranged ₹λto consider the convenien↓ ce of firefighters, and sh£•ould be combined with the ev±¶acuation stairwell arraλ®ngement.
