What are the requirements for th✔>€e provision of fire service l∑₹ifts

The fire fighting lift room±∑ should be equipped with an anter'×‌oom, the area of which should not be leλ¥÷ss than 4.50m^2 for resident×↑₽ial buildings and 6.00m^2 for ot∑±her buildings. When the anteroom•☆↕ is used in conjunction ↓ with the smoke-proof stairwell, the ar'€αea of which should not be less than ✔β¶6.00m^2 for residential buildings''↕ and 10m^2 for other buildings.

(1) The fire fightin®γ™g lift room should be equiπ↔πpped with an anteroom,∑₩‍ the area of which should☆σ♥₩ not be less than 4.5→♦≥☆0m^2 for residential buildings and 6.0δ≥¥≈0m^2 for other buildi↕☆×ngs. When the anteroom is usedφ‍↔ in conjunction with the smoke-proof ¶$€✔stairwell, the area of which§​α÷ should not be less than 6.00m^2 for re≠δ∏sidential buildings and 10m★★‍^2 for other buildings.

  (2) The front room of the fire fightiδ←¥ng lift room should be set¶§® up against the outer wall, ♠φand there should be a di"≠✔rect access to the outdoor π←area on the first floor or a pass±↕ageway with a length of not more than  £30m leading to the outdoor area.

  (3) The door of the front room¶σ∑‍ of the fire fightingβ®∞ lift room shall adopt Clas≈∞☆s B fire door or fire shutt≤±<✔er with stopping function.

  (4) The load capacity'≠☆↑ of the fire service lift sha✘δ↓±ll not be less than 8₽>λ₽00kg.

  (5) Fire-fighting lift wells an  §→d machine rooms shall be separated fr∞≥β☆om adjacent other lift wells and m•♥☆≈achine rooms by partition walls wit☆ h fire resistance limit ←✔'not less than F2.ooh, and whe♠γn doors are opened on the partitioβ n walls, Class A fire doors shall ↓♠Ω>be provided.

  (6) The travelling speed of the fire¶σ♠ service lift shall be determined α≈≥♦by calculating the runnin×γ∏g time from the first floor to t∞₩he top floor not exceeding 60sπ♦★.

  (7) The interior decoration <​∑of the car of the fire service lift sh"‌all be made of non-combustible materiaε♠£ls.

  (8) The fire lift car should  δγbe equipped with a special♦₹<↔ telephone, and should be ¥€≥set up on the first flo♠•±↔or for firefighters to m> $§anipulate the button.

  (9) The doorway of $•λ♣the front room of the f •↓ire lift room should be equipped wi↓ ✘th water blocking facilities. Drα♣£ainage facilities should b&•¶✘e provided at the bottomα≥ of the fire lift sh¶‌•aft, and the capacity of thφ₩e drainage well should ☆δ‍±not be less than 2.00m3, and the draina&'ge pump discharge should not← ÷γ be less than 1oL/s.&↑

  (10) Power and cont₩∞↑↑rol cables and wires s¥"hould be waterproof.

  (11) The fire-fighting lift$λ± can be used in conjunction γδwith the passenger elev ™‍λator or working lift, but it↕∞¶ should meet the abov €e requirements.

  (12) In high-rise buildings,®↑‌ fire lifts should be arranged to♠∞☆™ consider the convenience>¥★ of firefighters, and should be÷  combined with the evacuation stai‍φrwell arrangement.
