The fire fighting lift roo↑δ≥¶m should be equipped with an anteroo&↔​m, the area of which sho✘←γΩuld not be less than 4.50m£±π§^2 for residential buildings ✔±and 6.00m^2 for other buildings¶≈÷. When the anteroom is us‍≈'ed in conjunction with the♣α smoke-proof stairwelδ★₹∑l, the area of which should not λλ≈₩be less than 6.00m^2 for residentia≤δl buildings and 10m^2 f↓β or other buildings.

(1) The fire fighting lift room shouλ♠ld be equipped with an a®↔≤nteroom, the area of wh↔€ich should not be les∑★‌s than 4.50m^2 for residential buildγ₹♦ings and 6.00m^2 for ×εδother buildings. When the anteroom is ÷ ≠•used in conjunction with the smoke-pro™×£of stairwell, the ar®​$₹ea of which should no×¥∏≥t be less than 6.00m^2 for∏•ו residential buildings and 10m^2 fεΩ£or other buildings.

  (2) The front room of the fire ε ¶¶fighting lift room should be set up ÷♠λagainst the outer wall, and there s™↕αhould be a direct access to $₽€€the outdoor area on th✘♦e first floor or a passageway₽<∏ with a length of not m£←∏ore than 30m leading to the out→‍≤§door area.

  (3) The door of the front σ∑room of the fire fighting &♦®lift room shall adopt Class B ₽$→×fire door or fire shutterα₽ with stopping funct¥↑​ion.

  (4) The load capacity of the®≤ fire service lift s✘ hall not be less than 800 '±™kg.

  (5) Fire-fighting lift wel≠→ls and machine rooms shall be ‌♥¶→separated from adjacent other©™↑ lift wells and machi∞$σne rooms by partition walls≠"≈" with fire resistance li★ mit not less than F2.ooh∏≤→₽, and when doors are opened on the paβ‌rtition walls, Class A f♣★ire doors shall be provided.

  (6) The travelling speed of'↑↓α the fire service lift shall b$≈e determined by calculating th±®≠e running time from the first floo"★r to the top floor not exce&∏≈ eding 60s.

  (7) The interior decoration<∏‍♠ of the car of the fire service"‍§ lift shall be made of non-c≥αombustible materials.

  (8) The fire lift car s®Ωhould be equipped with a spe ∞♦'cial telephone, and φ× should be set up on the first f÷ ↕loor for firefighters  ∑♥♣to manipulate the but←πton.

  (9) The doorway of the fr™β∑₩ont room of the fire lift r∏←÷∏oom should be equipped w>↑←"ith water blocking facilities. λ‌Drainage facilities ∑ε≥should be provided at the bottom of tσ<♣he fire lift shaft, and ↓φthe capacity of the drainage well ↑¶"αshould not be less than 2.00m3, ↑™and the drainage pum☆€÷p discharge should notλ& be less than 1oL/s.

  (10) Power and control cables a¶πΩnd wires should be waterproofε∏.

  (11) The fire-fighting li  ☆✘ft can be used in conjunctio♣'↔n with the passenger elevator or worki±γ✔♣ng lift, but it should ✔♠₽meet the above requireme•'∞nts.

  (12) In high-rise buildi±✔≈ngs, fire lifts should©₽β₩ be arranged to consider the co←σ♠₽nvenience of firefighters, and shoβ"♦≤uld be combined with tα∑♥he evacuation stairwell arrangeme<φ€←nt.
