What are the requirements for the×' provision of fire servic$ e lifts

The fire fighting lift room should δπ​be equipped with an a§​¶nteroom, the area of which should ₽δnot be less than 4.50×☆±​m^2 for residential buildinπ→gs and 6.00m^2 for other bui€>ldings. When the anteroom ≠♠®γis used in conjunction with≤→ the smoke-proof stairwell, the area¥♣ of which should not♥♥<€ be less than 6.00m^2 f✔€or residential buildings and 10m^2 λ÷γfor other buildings.

(1) The fire fighting lift ε×λ₽room should be equipped with an a ↕£♥nteroom, the area of which'§☆± should not be less than ↓× ♦4.50m^2 for residential buildings and♥§ 6.00m^2 for other bui♠☆₹ldings. When the anteroom iΩ≤s used in conjunction with the smoke-← proof stairwell, the ar€♣ ♣ea of which should n↑↔ot be less than 6.00m^2 forφ≠ residential buildings and 10m^2 for oε←α±ther buildings.

  (2) The front room of the fireδ×←☆ fighting lift room should be s↑<et up against the outer w↑÷↕☆all, and there shoul™♠✘d be a direct access to the ou∏γ≥✘tdoor area on the first flγ‌oor or a passageway with a leβ≥ngth of not more than≈→< 30m leading to the outdoor ♦↓area.

  (3) The door of the front r& oom of the fire fighting lift room s♠∏≠↑hall adopt Class B fir¶β">e door or fire shutter wi✘βth stopping function.

  (4) The load capacity of the♠∏€≥ fire service lift s≈φhall not be less than 800kg.

  (5) Fire-fighting lif €✔t wells and machine r<¥✔ooms shall be separated from adja₩​cent other lift wells and ma∞♦§♣chine rooms by partiti‍♦‌'on walls with fire resistance li ☆≠mit not less than F2.ooh, and when door←↑↔≠s are opened on the partition wall γs, Class A fire doors shall be provid☆σφed.

  (6) The travelling speedδ≠®¥ of the fire service lift shall be de​  termined by calculat±✔σ±ing the running time from t‍π↑δhe first floor to the top σ♠  floor not exceeding 60s.

  (7) The interior decorati÷≥on of the car of the fire ±×£service lift shall be made of no £× n-combustible materials.

  (8) The fire lift car sho✔>♠≥uld be equipped with aγ↕¶ special telephone, and shou‌₽↓ld be set up on the firΩ©∑​st floor for firefigh₹♦ters to manipulate t₹←he button.

  (9) The doorway of the f©×ront room of the fire l•←σift room should be eλ↓₩♦quipped with water blocking facilit  ies. Drainage facilities should be prov←§¶ided at the bottom of ∞↓♣≤the fire lift shaft, ™₩and the capacity of the drainage wel∑Ω​l should not be less than ®>2.00m3, and the drain÷±☆age pump discharge should n♠σot be less than 1oL/s.↑α♠

  (10) Power and control cables and wi×π≤res should be waterproof.

  (11) The fire-fighting lδ↔ ∞ift can be used in conjunction w ♥ith the passenger elevator or working ≤∑'≤lift, but it should meet the abo→​ve requirements.

  (12) In high-rise buildings, >≤fire lifts should be arranged to co±→nsider the convenience of fire≈≈≠γfighters, and should bπ ₹εe combined with the evacuation stairwelΩ•↑®l arrangement.
