The fire fighting lift ro§‍om should be equipped wi‍€™th an anteroom, the area of which shou$™ ld not be less than 4.50m^2 for r¶∑esidential buildings and 6.00m^2 for ot≠¥ her buildings. When the aσα $nteroom is used in conjunction with t✔≤he smoke-proof stairwell, the area ‌✔↔of which should not be less than 6.00÷Ω$m^2 for residential build ∏☆ings and 10m^2 for other buildings.

(1) The fire fightin≈λ g lift room should b&Ω₽₩e equipped with an anteroom, the ar<‍ea of which should not be less than 4λ¥σ.50m^2 for residential buil≠↕dings and 6.00m^2 for other→> buildings. When the anteroom is used i→ λ‍n conjunction with the sm∞©oke-proof stairwell, the ₽‍&​area of which should not be l₹φ<₽ess than 6.00m^2 for  ©≥residential buildings and 10m^2 for oσ₽ther buildings.

  (2) The front room of the" λ¶ fire fighting lift γ<€×room should be set up against ₽©™the outer wall, and ther∞λe should be a direct access to the ∞←outdoor area on the fiαγrst floor or a passageway wγ↕ith a length of not more≈ π than 30m leading to the outdπ∑oor area.

  (3) The door of th→♥e front room of the fire fightin×ε✘∏g lift room shall adopt Class B fire ←★door or fire shutter with stop↓™$ping function.

  (4) The load capacity of ←ε‌ the fire service lift shall not be les$δ☆δs than 800kg.

  (5) Fire-fighting lift wells an÷♥d machine rooms shall b<‍←e separated from adjacentσ♠ other lift wells and machine roomsα σ by partition walls wit÷β§h fire resistance limit not l↔±ε∑ess than F2.ooh, and when doo↔©rs are opened on the★>→÷ partition walls, Class A fire dooπεrs shall be provided.

  (6) The travelling speed of£±$¶ the fire service lifγ‍δ♥t shall be determined by calculating ™≈the running time from the first floor tβ§o the top floor not exβ✘✔ceeding 60s.

  (7) The interior decoration of £± the car of the fire service lift ∑<✘$shall be made of non₽£ -combustible materials.

  (8) The fire lift car should be eq☆>uipped with a specia♣λ>l telephone, and shou±♣ ld be set up on the first flo←≈≈or for firefighters to manipula''te the button.

  (9) The doorway of the  •♣λfront room of the fire li♠∑✘←ft room should be equipped with water b↑©₩locking facilities. Drainage fac∏¥ilities should be prov↓Ωided at the bottom of the fir☆Ω→→e lift shaft, and the capacity of ☆δthe drainage well shoεφuld not be less than 2.0σ≈₩¥0m3, and the drainage pump discharge ♣✔₽should not be less than☆≈↔ 1oL/s.

  (10) Power and control cables and wi€≈♠res should be waterproof.

  (11) The fire-fighting lift can be u♣§sed in conjunction with the ✘∑passenger elevator or working lift, σ★πbut it should meet the above r↓$♦equirements.

  (12) In high-rise buildings, fire l±×ifts should be arranged to consider theα ∏™ convenience of firefighters, and¥‌₩ should be combined with the evacuati× on stairwell arrangement.
