However, the design of a s™♦andblasting room also requires so₽✔β me attention.

Firstly, baffles should be inst∑↕alled at both the air inlet ♥δ✘and suction outlet of the sandblasΩ¶→ting room to prevent dust spillage or a ↓brasive material from bein€‍g sucked into the ventilatiα≤®on system.

Secondly, the air di∑ scharged from the sandblasting c×&↓ leaning device must be purifieα>d by the dust removal devi♦₽ce and then discharged into the atmosphαλ ere, and the dust accumu♠∑‍lated in the dust removal device shoul♥✘d be easy to remove and notβ←¶© allowed to pollute othe•♥×r working areas.

In addition, the air v∞‍elocity in each section of the ventilat÷‍ion system must be correctly s€​'¥elected. Too low or too high air vel¶•©∞ocity in the pipeline wiαγ$ll bring about adverse effects, su✘ ch as clogging, energy consumpγ¥tion, and wear and tear  ₩of the equipment.

The door of the cleaning r↑α¥↑oom can be opened only after the≤σ‍ sandblasting operation has st&✔opped, and the work of the ventilatio≠≈π♥n system can be stopped ∏©only after the dusty∏☆Ω air in the room has bee‌✔Ωn eliminated.

The dusty air in the ventilation syste‌'®m flows in the ventilation ducts, and → the ventilation ducts should be •Ωdesigned to reduce the resis→α∏tance so that the dusty ai∑"r disappears soon after the blas">ting work is finished.

Finally, baffles should be instal↓ ₽led at both the air in♥  let and the opening of the b®>♣♣lasting room, so that the ab₩γ÷₩rasive and dust particles duringα∑ππ blasting will fly to the neighbourin♣&"‌g work area as little as possi♣₽φble under the joint ÷ ±action of the air inlet a &→©irflow and the baffles,↔$' and the dust will not spδ≥φ¥ill out of the air inlet or the op‌ ening.

In addition, some air volume adj≈$♦<ustment valves can be set on the venti₩&•lation pipe to adjust tσ£λhe air volume as neededδ₩€δ, so that the air veloci↔ ty in the system reaches a reasonable↕↑¥☆ level.
