A sandblasting room is ∑σ₩®a device for cleaning and descaliεΩ™ng the surface of large workpieces↔∏∞≥ and for increasing the adhesion betw♣∞een the workpiece and the coating.

A sandblasting room is  ☆♥a device for cleaning and≈€> descaling the surface of large ☆↕©workpieces and for incr↔✔"easing the adhesion between®βεδ the workpiece and the coating.

The main features of a sa≠βndblasting room are t≤®hat the operator is indoors, pro§₽♥tective clothing and helm'©©ets protect the operator from abraΩ×sive impacts, and ventilators pro‍↔λvide fresh air to the operator.

However, the design of a sandblas  ting room also requires some a &∑ttention.

Firstly, baffles should be instalγ∏÷led at both the air inlet and suc★εtion outlet of the sandblasting room<↑<± to prevent dust spi↑✔±±llage or abrasive material fro₽≥‌♣m being sucked into the ventilation s<≤≤ystem.

Secondly, the air discharged∏‍ from the sandblasting cleaning device &must be purified by the dust remova♦&l device and then dis¶©≠charged into the atmosphere,↕÷  and the dust accumula•♠ted in the dust removal dev£÷δice should be easy to remoφ ve and not allowed to pollute other woεφ↑→rking areas.

In addition, the air velocity in ↕₩÷each section of the ventilation syπ♣∏§stem must be correctly selected. Too¶<≥® low or too high air✔↓‌ velocity in the pipelineφ € will bring about advers←γ'>e effects, such as clogging, en£ε÷ergy consumption, and wear and te∞≤¶ar of the equipment.

The door of the cleaning r"✔oom can be opened only aftπ<γer the sandblasting operation has s &∞topped, and the work of ≤∑ the ventilation system can be stopped oδ↔∑nly after the dusty air in t€∑he room has been eliminated.

The dusty air in the ventλ®ilation system flows in the ve®₹ntilation ducts, and the ventilation dλαucts should be designed to ₹ reduce the resistance so t hat the dusty air dis‍¶δ∏appears soon after the blast÷®€ing work is finished.

Finally, baffles shou↔∑™ld be installed at both the a§™ir inlet and the openi• αng of the blasting room, so ¥>σthat the abrasive and ↔¶®dust particles during blastingλ☆↓λ will fly to the neighbouring work areβ∞→φa as little as possible under th ✘•e joint action of the♣£ air inlet airflow an>¶"§d the baffles, and the dust  ✔will not spill out of the ai∞"r inlet or the opening.™≠¥

In addition, some air volume adjust↓©∏ment valves can be set on the ventiλ♠♠‍lation pipe to adjust the air δ₽volume as needed, so that the air velocδ←↑≤ity in the system reaches a re↕ ≤asonable level.

The above are several matters t >hat need to be paid attention toδ∑↑‌ in the design of sand blasting room, t×↑hey can guarantee the safe←✔ty and efficiency of t↓ ♣£he sand blasting room and improve theα♣♥ working efficiency.
