A sandblasting room is a device★∏'₹ for cleaning and descaling the su<✔λrface of large workpiece÷πs and for increasing ÷‍the adhesion between the workpi±Ωece and the coating.

A sandblasting room is a devi‌©ce for cleaning and descaling the sur•← ∞face of large workpieces and f'‍πor increasing the adhesion between the♥¥ workpiece and the coating.Ω¶‌

The main features of a ≈££sandblasting room ar≠β∞★e that the operator is indoors,♠₩♦ protective clothing and helmet•☆δs protect the operator from aπ↔brasive impacts, and ventil"'ators provide fresh air to th↑♣e operator.

However, the design of a sandblasting £σ room also requires some >↑≥₹attention.

Firstly, baffles should b∑¥εe installed at both the air inlet and ≥β£ suction outlet of the sandblastin<ε↔₩g room to prevent dust s→↑pillage or abrasive →ε₹♠material from being sσ÷₽÷ucked into the ventil≠ββ•ation system.

Secondly, the air discharged from  ™↔the sandblasting clean÷§ing device must be purified by t<®∏he dust removal device and then ↔β&discharged into the atmospher§σ✘✘e, and the dust accumulat♣☆ed in the dust removal ≈€$device should be easy to remove and noφεt allowed to pollute other working area•≠♠s.

In addition, the air velocit‌✔±y in each section of the vent&β↕ ilation system must be correctl‌ ₹y selected. Too low or too high air ve≥♥locity in the pipeline will bring aboutαπ↕≠ adverse effects, such as clogε₹$ ging, energy consumptio÷×♥¥n, and wear and tear of the eq£↔λuipment.

The door of the clean≈≥ing room can be opened only afβ★♣ter the sandblasting operation has stop≤γped, and the work of the venti♠♣lation system can be stopped only afte¥£r the dusty air in the room has been el✘φλiminated.

The dusty air in the ventilatio©←$®n system flows in the£♦&¥ ventilation ducts, and₽‌  the ventilation ducts should be α≠¶∏designed to reduce the resist±±‌ance so that the dusty←↕γ• air disappears soon afΩ£ter the blasting work is finished.

Finally, baffles should be iλσ♣♣nstalled at both the air inlet ↕♣and the opening of the blasting r ✘oom, so that the abra₩§←¶sive and dust particles during blastiε→×₹ng will fly to the neighbo<≈ uring work area as little as☆≥<α possible under the joint ≥Ω₩action of the air inlet airflow and₽δ₹ the baffles, and the dust will not δ> spill out of the air inl✔βet or the opening.

In addition, some air v∑↑♣olume adjustment valβves can be set on the vent£"ilation pipe to adjust t≈"he air volume as needed, s☆± o that the air velocity in the sy≤♣εδstem reaches a reasonab↓>le level.

The above are several♥'✘ matters that need to be paid attenti∑→¶on to in the design of sand ±←blasting room, they ≥ ✘₹can guarantee the safety and effici♥↕∏ency of the sand blast ±ing room and improve the worki↔ng efficiency.
