Firstly, baffles shouπ£ld be installed at both the air i₽÷γ♠nlet and suction outlet of the sa♣ π∞ndblasting room to preve∞α"∑nt dust spillage or abrasi​ ₩ve material from being×  sucked into the ventil  ©£ation system.

Secondly, the air discharged from the  ✘φ'sandblasting cleaning device must be pu™γ☆₽rified by the dust removal d↑↕evice and then discharged into t☆§®he atmosphere, and the dust $§‌accumulated in the dust removal devΩγ♣ice should be easy to remove and n♠☆ot allowed to pollute other working¶γ​ areas.

In addition, the air velocit↓•y in each section of the ventilation s>≥ystem must be correctly sγ• elected. Too low or too£★δ high air velocity in the pipe≈♦line will bring about adver  ≠ se effects, such as clogging, energy ÷εconsumption, and wear and tear of↕‍ε the equipment.

The door of the cleaningα♠ room can be opened only after  ∞the sandblasting operation has stopped,±₹∏₽ and the work of the ve¶±γ✔ntilation system can be stopped only af∞σ↔'ter the dusty air in t≤δ≠ he room has been eliminated.

The dusty air in the ventilation sy‍→∑stem flows in the ventilatio∑↔n ducts, and the ventilatλ≠←>ion ducts should be designed to$​∞✘ reduce the resistanceα✔‍ so that the dusty air disappe < ‍ars soon after the blastπ★★$ing work is finished.

Finally, baffles sho$$₽uld be installed at both the air inl•÷et and the opening of λ± the blasting room, so that the ab↑♣∑γrasive and dust particles $↑> during blasting will fly toαπ™ the neighbouring work area as liα >ttle as possible under the join§✔φ®t action of the air Ω λ"inlet airflow and the baffles, ¶♣and the dust will not spil€® l out of the air inl£₽≠≠et or the opening.

In addition, some air volume adjustment₹β♥← valves can be set on πα★¶the ventilation pipe to adjust the ai÷₩​r volume as needed, so that→↓•¥ the air velocity in the system reac§π∑hes a reasonable level.÷¥↑₹
