However, the design of a sandblasting​✔£ room also requires some attenti<ε±on.

Firstly, baffles should be inst​↓¥alled at both the air inlet and suctiσλ↕±on outlet of the sandblast÷≤↕ing room to prevent dust spillage or≠'∏ abrasive material from being su÷∑¶<cked into the ventilation system.

Secondly, the air discharge♦±↕d from the sandblasting≥♥↔ cleaning device must be purifie↔÷¥‍d by the dust removal deviceλ₽ and then discharged into the atmosp→←‌£here, and the dust accumulat↔π©•ed in the dust removal device should×  be easy to remove and not allowe↓$d to pollute other working areas.

In addition, the air velocity in each s•λ≤₽ection of the ventilat×<ion system must be correctly →✘×selected. Too low or too high air veloc™€βity in the pipeline will bring ¶∏÷™about adverse effects, such as c§∏logging, energy consumption,≠×Ω and wear and tear of thπε♠e equipment.

The door of the cleaning room canε← be opened only after the sandblast§&ing operation has stoppe✔€d, and the work of the ventilat™≥←ion system can be stopped λ®§only after the dusty air in the room '★¶has been eliminated.≥∏

The dusty air in the ventil₩✘↓ation system flows in the v↔☆≈&entilation ducts, and the ventilation ∞©ducts should be designed to reduce thγ↔e resistance so that the dusty air d₹¶ isappears soon after the blast¶≥✘ing work is finishedδα.

Finally, baffles should be ins•≈≠§talled at both the air inlet and÷‌® the opening of the blas'♥&ting room, so that the∏↕ abrasive and dust par  £‌ticles during blasting wε✘₹ill fly to the neighbour∏<ing work area as little≥ ≤  as possible under the joint action ✔©$λof the air inlet airf✘★σlow and the baffles, an←≤d the dust will not spill out of t™ ☆¶he air inlet or the opening.

In addition, some air volume ad✔♦♥>justment valves can be set on the ve∏>ntilation pipe to adj‍'¥ust the air volume as ≈§needed, so that the air velocity in t♥∞' he system reaches a reasonable level.
