General provisions for the✔" design of residential s ♠&£taircases and lifts

The stairwell design s✘$¥≥hould be in line with the current nγ✘αational standards &q$¶₹uot;building design fire code" (GB∞₽¶≤J16) and "high-rise c§₩∏¶ivil building design fire code&qu₹∞ot; (GB50045) the rele$δ™vant provisions.

1, the stairwell design sho≠☆∏uld be in line with the cur>φrent national standards &qu∑<ot;building design fire code"≤¥∏→; (GBJ16) and "high-rise civil bui♣♠lding design fire code" (GB×≈¶✘50045) the relevant ₩ provisions.

  2, the net width of the s☆ taircase section should not be less thε©∑ an 1.10 m. Six floors ​γand six floors of the following resi>γ§dential, one side of th₩×Ω♦e staircase section wi&§σ₹th a balustrade net width should §‌not be less than 1m.

  Note: The net width of the st↑↑air section refers to t₩γhe horizontal distance between•ε¥​ the wall and the centre of the handrai​'l.

  3, the width of the stair tread shou' π™ld not be less than 0.26m, the heiγσ÷λght of the tread shoul <☆d not be more than 0.1♦✔&75m. the height of the handrail s•♥'hould not be less than 0.90m. theφ®₩  length of the horizonta✔≤✔l staircase balustrade is more than ±™↓0.50m, the height of the handrail shou<"ld not be less than 1.05m. " the headroom between v©>♠&ertical bars of the staircase baluφ>strade should not be ★βmore than 0.11m.

  4, the net width of the stai'¥≤>rcase platform should not∞γ£ε be less than the net wid★γth of the staircase section, aλ♠↑nd shall not be less th₽Ωan 1.20 m. The vertical height of t♦÷£'he staircase platform from the low&≠er edge of the structurεαe to the pedestrian ε≥‌∑passage should not be le☆☆$ss than 2 m. The difference in™ε₽ height between the entranc↔≠δ e floor and the outdoor g ↔↑round should be not less than 0↓γ.10 m. The height difference ♣λ>✔between the entrance floor and tΩ↑‌✘he outdoor ground shoσ↔uld be not less than 0.10 m.

  5、When the net width of th®≠←e stairwell is greater thε→​¥an 0.11m, measures must be taken↔ ​• to prevent children from climbing a×¥β∞nd slipping.

  6, seven or more residential or reΩ÷€ sidential entrance floor fr&&™om the outdoor design of the floo​✔≠r height of more than 16m above the gro₽→und must be set up lifts.☆♣

  Note:

  (1) For multi-storey residenti€" ‍al buildings with the ground floor¥↔ used as shops or other rooms, lift≈×₽s must be installed when the height of→☆≥≤ the floor of the entrance level o♣‍×€f the residents from the o÷∞✘✘utdoor designed ground leve$<$λl of the building exceeds 16m.

  (2) If the ground floor is ←© used as an elevated ∑&αfloor or storage space for♦±∑ multi-storey residential buildings, l£εε♠ifts must be installed when ✔™the floor of the entrance level of th™γ©e residents is more than 16m away froφ•®Ωm the outdoor design ground he✔ ight of the building.

  (3) The top floor is a two-storey ¶ set of leaping residence, the part of÷λλ¥ the leaping floor does not count<π< the number of floors. If the h≠•eight of the entrance floor ofσ★σ the top floor from the outdoor π€β₽design ground of the building doe∞π¶s not exceed 16m, the α &'lift may not be provided.

  (4) When the middle floor of the resi §σ₹dence has a direct ac•φcess to the outdoor ground and a ∏♣₩₽fire escape, the number of flo'§ors can be calculated↔•♦ from the middle floor.

  7, twelve floors and above the↕→​• high-rise residential, eachΩ§ building should not be less th♦± an two sets of lifts, which σπis appropriate to configure a stretc αher can be accommodated in th™☆e lift.

  8, high-rise residenti'>§al lift should be set up on each¶↑∞∑ floor. When the residential l≥©ift is not set up on eac>©↓✘h floor, the number of floors witφ₹hout station should not±  × exceed two. Tower and≤π corridor type high-rise ∞¥residential lift should be 'ε↕ arranged in groups. Unit-↕®×type high-rise residential units<‍ only one lift per u÷ ↔nit should be used to contact the corri$♠₩dor connection.

  9, the depth of the waitinδβg hall should not be less than the d​↕epth of the largest car box in mulσ★×∏tiple lifts, and shou‌€δld not be less than 1.50m.
