General provisions f or the design of residential stairc∞÷©φases and lifts

The stairwell design s¶σ¥§hould be in line with the current nati÷ βonal standards "bu♦≥↑ilding design fire code" (GBJ✔$16) and "high-rise civi↓≠™l building design fire code&quo <t; (GB50045) the relevant provi≥♣sions.
1, the stairwell design should be i☆λπ&n line with the current nat"≈<ional standards "buil&φ¥→ding design fire code"•← (GBJ16) and "high-riαλφ↔se civil building design fi∏•✔≤re code" (GB50045) the relevant☆σ±" provisions.
2, the net width o←♥©f the staircase section sho uld not be less than λ 1.10 m. Six floors and six flo< &ors of the following residential, one s<↓≠ide of the staircase sectiλ©on with a balustrade net ≥ δwidth should not be leγβ←ss than 1m.
Note: The net width of the •↑∑stair section refersγ to the horizontal distance between t±©♣he wall and the cent®↓re of the handrail.
3, the width of the stair t♣read should not be less than 0.26m✘≈↓♠, the height of the tread should n→≠ot be more than 0.175m. the heΩ<☆$ight of the handrail should noΩ♦t be less than 0.90mε π®. the length of the horizo"↔>ntal staircase balustra★☆δde is more than 0.50m,'$ the height of the handrail sh♣♠∏ould not be less than$ 1.05m. the headroom betwe±±♣en vertical bars of the >α↕≥staircase balustrade should not ♠be more than 0.11m.
4, the net width of the ♠©¶staircase platform shoul♣≥÷d not be less than the net wiσ←γ♠dth of the staircase section, and shallβ← not be less than 1.20 m. The vert↔¶αical height of the staircas∞↕₽e platform from the lower ≈ edge of the structure to the pede <strian passage should ≠✘not be less than 2 m. The difλ ®♣ference in height between the eα∞↔ntrance floor and the outdoor ground✔☆ should be not less than 0.10♠₽Ω" m. The height differen$¥©βce between the entrance floor and t∏ ™he outdoor ground should be not less✘₹ than 0.10 m.
5、When the net width of♣>β the stairwell is greater than 0.11↔↓εm, measures must be taken to prevent c∑€hildren from climbing>× and slipping.
6, seven or more residential or reδΩ✔✔sidential entrance floor f±αδΩrom the outdoor design of t♦≤±he floor height of more than €₹→↑16m above the ground must be set ε≠up lifts.
Note:
(1) For multi-storey π∏residential buildings wit∞≥↑h the ground floor us₽πed as shops or other rooms, lifts must★☆∞δ be installed when the height o↓← ®f the floor of the entra"nce level of the residents fro₹≠m the outdoor designed ground leve↓♠l of the building exceeds♦± 16m.
(2) If the ground floor is used as↓☆∏ an elevated floor or storage spacλ₩ βe for multi-storey resid≈×∏ential buildings, lifts must ¥be installed when the floor o♥λf the entrance level of the residents ↑$is more than 16m away from the outdoor ₽ε§design ground height of the building ∑ ↓.
(3) The top floor is a two-st§✔orey set of leaping residence, th εe part of the leaping fλ™↑loor does not count thα₹Ωe number of floors. If the height of th'£σe entrance floor of the top floor ♣©↑↓from the outdoor design £ground of the building does not excee ♣®™d 16m, the lift may not be provide✔™←✔d.
(4) When the middle $§floor of the residence has a direct a ¶± ccess to the outdoor ground 'α§and a fire escape, the number of♥¥ floors can be calculated froε×δm the middle floor.
7, twelve floors and above the h↓ igh-rise residential, ea✔≤ch building should not be less than €≤two sets of lifts, which is' appropriate to configure a δ∑<stretcher can be accommodate ε§d in the lift.
8, high-rise residential £∑&lift should be set up on ea♥♠≈ch floor. When the resid ≤∞✔ential lift is not s∏→et up on each floor,∑€♥ the number of floors without station should not exceed two. Tow±©♣er and corridor type high-rise÷≥€™ residential lift should be arrange§↕d in groups. Unit-type h≥>≠igh-rise residential units only♠•≥ one lift per unit shoul♣<∏×d be used to contact th↕ e corridor connection✘&∑.
9, the depth of the waiting ×σβhall should not be less than the dept≈<h of the largest car bγ•≠ox in multiple lifts, and shoul∑<±♠d not be less than 1.50m.
