General provisions for the design o¥ Ω♥f residential staircases and lifts

The stairwell design should be§λ" in line with the current national stan→$®dards "building design fire code&q<•≠<uot; (GBJ16) and "highΩ☆€-rise civil building desig ↔n fire code" (GB50045) theΩ← relevant provisions.

1, the stairwell design shoul∑♥→d be in line with the cur ®εrent national standards &qu♠&♠ot;building design fire code" (GB∞Ω ≠J16) and "high-rise civil× •₹ building design fire code" (GB50≤φ045) the relevant provisions.

  2, the net width o↓↓‍>f the staircase section should ÷§not be less than 1.10 m. S∑↔ix floors and six floors of ‍δthe following residential, one side&₩< of the staircase section with a balus™ε±trade net width should not be less th©←♠an 1m.

  Note: The net width of the sta¥‍ir section refers to the horizon♦↑γ€tal distance between the✔≥δ$ wall and the centre of the handγ βrail.

  3, the width of the stair tread s §‍™hould not be less than 0.2>γ§♠6m, the height of thβ&e tread should not be ↑£more than 0.175m. the height of tα∑  he handrail should not be less th♦γΩan 0.90m. the length of the horizo<£←>ntal staircase balustrade is Ω‌★more than 0.50m, the heigα☆≤ht of the handrail should not↑ ↔ be less than 1.05m. the headro♣'>om between vertical bars of the s"×λφtaircase balustrade should₽<♦☆ not be more than 0.11→→ε'm.

  4, the net width of the stΩ$aircase platform should not be les♣£s than the net width of the s™∑taircase section, and∑₹ shall not be less than 1.20 m.₽≈" The vertical height of the staircase p‌★≤latform from the lower edge of ↕↑>the structure to the pedestrian pass ↓age should not be less than 2 m. The∏¥ σ difference in height between↕‌×♠ the entrance floor and the outd∑< oor ground should be not le↕±→ss than 0.10 m. The height diff ↑≠erence between the entrance floor§$$Ω and the outdoor ground should b∏&<¶e not less than 0.10 m.

  5、When the net width of the s☆♦tairwell is greater than 0.11☆☆®m, measures must be taken to pre÷α≤ vent children from climb•¶ing and slipping.

  6, seven or more residen♣≥♦§tial or residential eπ♦ntrance floor from t ✘he outdoor design of ↕∏the floor height of more than 16m abovβ∞∑e the ground must be setφ←€ up lifts.

  Note:

  (1) For multi-storey resΩ∞€σidential buildings with &€≈the ground floor used as shops or oth™←er rooms, lifts must be installσ±ed when the height of the floor of the ↓ ∑entrance level of the residents from  β §the outdoor designed ground le→‍↑ vel of the building exceeds∞‍" 16m.

  (2) If the ground floor is us©σ±ed as an elevated floor or sε∏λtorage space for multi-storey resident&↕∏ial buildings, lifts must≥→≈ be installed when the λδ‍Ωfloor of the entrance level o ↑​f the residents is mor '→÷e than 16m away from δ©₽the outdoor design ground heighΩ•​♠t of the building.

  (3) The top floor i&↔∑®s a two-storey set of leaping resi¥∞∏♣dence, the part of the l♠≤δeaping floor does not count the←♥σ← number of floors. If t₩ε‌"he height of the entrance floor of the∏∞ top floor from the outdoor design g↓​round of the building does no©£t exceed 16m, the lift may not be p≤πrovided.

  (4) When the middle floor of the re→ ©→sidence has a direct access t→ £o the outdoor ground and a fire esca¶¥₽εpe, the number of floors can♦₩₩ be calculated from the middl​​e floor.

  7, twelve floors and above the h αigh-rise residential,>≤♠ each building should not be lessπ≠™  than two sets of lifts‌±↔¶, which is appropriate to configure<↔"π a stretcher can be accommod₹€♣ated in the lift.

  8, high-rise residential ®±≥‍lift should be set up on each↑₽δ☆ floor. When the residential lifΩ  ∏t is not set up on each floor, the numb←'♠‍er of floors without st<∑ation should not exceed two. Tow∞€er and corridor type high-rise reside®£®εntial lift should be arran♣☆ged in groups. Unit-type high- ®<rise residential units ‌λ€ only one lift per uni‌πt should be used to contact the corr≈ idor connection.

  9, the depth of the Ω₽<waiting hall should not be less t≠©± han the depth of the largest car box in↕∑←' multiple lifts, and ★→should not be less than 1.50δ&λδm.
