General provisions for thδ★¶λe design of residential sε♣taircases and lifts

The stairwell design should δ←φbe in line with the current '↓ ↔national standards &quoλ™∞✔t;building design fire code" φ≥(GBJ16) and "high-rise civil buildγ£ing design fire code"®₩; (GB50045) the relev↕"ant provisions.
1, the stairwell design shou≈↑↓ld be in line with the current national←δ© standards "building design f♦¶ire code" (GBJ16) and &q ☆εφuot;high-rise civil building design fi≥Ω≠re code" (GB50045)♣™ the relevant provisions.
2, the net width of the sta↕α•£ircase section should $±☆ not be less than 1.10 ®m. Six floors and six ≈✔ floors of the following residential, o ♦ne side of the staircase section wit¶≈$h a balustrade net width sho→≥ uld not be less than 1m.
Note: The net width of t∞®he stair section refers to the horizont₩♥ al distance between the wall£✘≤$ and the centre of the handrail.
3, the width of the sta∑→÷ir tread should not be less than 0β♠±.26m, the height of ∑←←δthe tread should not be more than↔£♠δ 0.175m. the height of σ δthe handrail should not be lλ→λ™ess than 0.90m. the length of t•↕πhe horizontal staircase balustrade is☆σ¶∑ more than 0.50m, the height₽↑π of the handrail shoul☆φ♠σd not be less than 1.05m. the©λ headroom between vertic♣♠¶πal bars of the staircase♥ ±" balustrade should not be more than 0☆×.11m.
4, the net width of the stair>₽σcase platform should n↔©↕ot be less than the net width of the stε✔aircase section, and&→π shall not be less than 1.20 m. The ver&δ ∞tical height of the staircas₹>πe platform from the lower edge of th≈↕★≥e structure to the pe₩σ¥destrian passage should n®ot be less than 2 m. The differen£±ce in height between the entr≠™≠ ance floor and the outdoor grouσ✔₩βnd should be not less th✔>an 0.10 m. The height difference ♥÷between the entrance floor and ♥← the outdoor ground should be no↑♣✔ t less than 0.10 m.
5、When the net width of the stairwell♠¥λ is greater than 0.1$↔ 1m, measures must be taken to ©™prevent children from climbing a ♦™nd slipping.
6, seven or more residential or resid §✘ential entrance floor from the o Ω♦utdoor design of the fl"¥≤oor height of more than 1→↓λ6m above the ground mu✔÷st be set up lifts.
Note:
(1) For multi-storey resi✘©↔♦dential buildings with the groun©↑™φd floor used as shops or other ro₹≈σoms, lifts must be installed∑±β♣ when the height of the flβ•↓oor of the entrance l₽evel of the residents from the oφ®®utdoor designed groun₽d level of the building exceeds ↑∑ε16m.
(2) If the ground floor ↑₩×←is used as an elevated floor↔λ∑∏ or storage space for multi-storey res♦→"£idential buildings, lifts must be ← installed when the floorγ₽∑ of the entrance level $δβof the residents is more than 16m γ÷↑πaway from the outdoor design ground β¶height of the building.
(3) The top floor is a two-s'≠±torey set of leapingΩ∞ residence, the part of the leaping→ ↔> floor does not coun♣₹t the number of floors. If th✔ ♥ e height of the entranc∞✘<e floor of the top floor from♥φ the outdoor design groundβλ of the building does not exceed 16m, ✘•the lift may not be provided.
(4) When the middle ♥ floor of the residence has a direc♠ελφt access to the outdoor ground and✘≤• a fire escape, the number of floors α♥≤can be calculated from th₩±αe middle floor.
7, twelve floors and above t÷±he high-rise residential, each buildin ✔™☆g should not be less than tw®©β↓o sets of lifts, which→× is appropriate to configure a ☆♠¥stretcher can be accommodated in the l↕π÷ift.
8, high-rise residential liftσ₩ should be set up on each floor₽π. When the residential lift is not set↓>☆≥ up on each floor, the number of floor±∑↓≤s without station should £♦ not exceed two. Tower and corr&>idor type high-rise residentia↔®l lift should be arranged in groups. ↕™€Unit-type high-rise residential un↔εits only one lift per unit should be u♦₩₽sed to contact the co™§rridor connection.
9, the depth of the waiting π×₽¥hall should not be less than the depλ✘th of the largest car b£σ↔ox in multiple lifts, anγ×$d should not be less than 1.50m.
