General provisions for the✔∑ design of residential stai∞π♠rcases and lifts

The stairwell design should be in™≈ line with the current national stand∏✘✘ards "building design fire>"♠≈ code" (GBJ16) and "high-'σ™rise civil building desigσ₹♣₹n fire code" (G↕φB50045) the relevant provisions.×‌

1, the stairwell design should be in l‌βλ¶ine with the current nationa​β¥l standards "building design fi±>λre code" (GBJ16) and &₹→←↔quot;high-rise civil buildin∞≤₩×g design fire code"♥× (GB50045) the relevant provisi<←×βons.

  2, the net width of the stairca★γ©>se section should not ∑'★÷be less than 1.10 m. Six floors andφα ≈ six floors of the following re​εsidential, one side of the staircase s δection with a balustrade net width shoβ₽uld not be less than 1m.

  Note: The net width of t∑β✘he stair section refers to the ho‌↕±↑rizontal distance between the wall a‌∏ nd the centre of the handrail.'π®✘

  3, the width of the stair tre★εad should not be less than 0.26m, ¥™✘the height of the tread↑∑ should not be more than 0.175m. the ♠ height of the handr ✔ail should not be less than 0.90m.♠∑✔ the length of the horizontal st₩≠↓aircase balustrade is more than ש∞0.50m, the height of the handrail sh♠₽ould not be less than 1.05m. the headro∞÷↔om between vertical bars of the stδ<‍σaircase balustrade sh☆&πould not be more than 0.11m ✔✘π.

  4, the net width of the s∞‌™taircase platform should not be le₩σ'ss than the net width of the staircas$ e section, and shall noφ§t be less than 1.20 m. The vertical h®↔←eight of the staircase±‍¶ platform from the lower edge of the "≥§σstructure to the pedest™×←>rian passage should not be ♦♥↓↕less than 2 m. The difference in  ↕£height between the entrance floor ‌→and the outdoor ground should be n×Ωα×ot less than 0.10 m. The heig✘&€ht difference between> ¶ the entrance floor and theσ®  outdoor ground should be not les×γγs than 0.10 m.

  5、When the net width of the stairwel∞€l is greater than 0.11m, measu ±>↔res must be taken to prevent ch∏☆€®ildren from climbing and slipping.

  6, seven or more residen ∑♦tial or residential entrance f   ₹loor from the outdoo♦®r design of the floor height of more th≥₹€↕an 16m above the ground must be set ‍→up lifts.

  Note:

  (1) For multi-storey residential  •★buildings with the ground floor§§≤ used as shops or othe↑∑™‌r rooms, lifts must be installed₩γ↕≠ when the height of the floor of the e₩♠ε‌ntrance level of the resident♠♠πs from the outdoor de∑♣signed ground level ÷↓Ωof the building exceeds 16m.

  (2) If the ground floor is∏δε∞ used as an elevated floor or × ×storage space for multi-storey resid↕±ential buildings, lifts must be insπ£↔πtalled when the floor of the en™∏trance level of the residen¥↑£ts is more than 16m away from the outdσ≤oor design ground height of tπ he building.

  (3) The top floor is a two-storeδ≈γ£y set of leaping residenc✘≤ ≤e, the part of the leaping floor •¶does not count the number of floors. ו₩If the height of the♣© entrance floor of the to♥π•p floor from the outdoor dδπ→βesign ground of the b±εuilding does not exceed 16↓φ₽m, the lift may not be provided.

  (4) When the middle flo↓¥↑→or of the residence has a d←βirect access to the outdoor ground ₽±&‍and a fire escape, th  δ✔e number of floors can be calcula®λ©ted from the middle floor.

  7, twelve floors and above the hig¥¥∞ h-rise residential, €×∞each building should not be less γ ★than two sets of lifts, which is appro↔♦priate to configure a stretcher can₹♠ be accommodated in the lift.

  8, high-rise resident₹®ial lift should be set φ≤up on each floor. When the reside↔₹ntial lift is not set up on ¶₩each floor, the number of fl↑¶≤↑oors without stationε≥φ should not exceed two★π. Tower and corridor type highγ₹•-rise residential lift should be§ α arranged in groups. Un∞≥≤≤it-type high-rise re∏¥©sidential units only one lift per u©≤>βnit should be used to cont₩γ±act the corridor connection.

  9, the depth of the waiti♥αng hall should not be less than the dδ♥π±epth of the largest car box α÷™in multiple lifts, and shπ←ould not be less than 1.50m.
