　　2, the net width of the stai>↕€®rcase section should not be less th±×an 1.10 m. Six floors and s &₽ix floors of the follow₩εing residential, one side of↔€↕♣ the staircase section→₹↓™ with a balustrade net w÷★idth should not be l​εσess than 1m.

　　Note: The net width of the stai✔​r section refers to the horizontal ™↕≈distance between the wall and the®Ω&✔ centre of the handrail.

　　3, the width of the stai  •↕r tread should not be less than 0.2™≤ε6m, the height of the λ"→tread should not be more than 0.175m. ♦₩the height of the handrail s¶↕γhould not be less than 0.90m. the leng♣ § th of the horizontal staircas∑>e balustrade is more than 0.50∑®♦m, the height of the handrail™‍↓ should not be less β↑than 1.05m. the headroom α&between vertical bars of the ☆∞staircase balustrade should no ππt be more than 0.11m.

　　4, the net width of the staircase pla$'tform should not be less than the ne≤"₹>t width of the staircase section, and s★‌✘>hall not be less than 1.20 m. The •€♣vertical height of the staircase platfo÷∞∑rm from the lower edge<'Ω  of the structure to the pedestri§♥€an passage should not be less than 2 m♥® . The difference in height between &∞©the entrance floor and the outdo≠ε←or ground should be not less tha¶&σn 0.10 m. The height difference betwe ←≤en the entrance floo πr and the outdoor ground§☆α should be not less than 0.10 m.

　　5、When the net width  δof the stairwell is gre×&≠≤ater than 0.11m, measures ‌ ∑must be taken to preven§¶t children from climbing and  ₹∏slipping.

　　6, seven or more residentia ‌→l or residential entrance floε♦₽±or from the outdoor desigπ♥₩n of the floor height of more ' ≠&than 16m above the ground must be set " up lifts.

　　Note:

　　(1) For multi-storey r♣π→esidential buildings with the g£ α✔round floor used as λ‌σshops or other rooms, Ω€•©lifts must be installed when the heigh‌₩↕t of the floor of the entranc♥ ₩e level of the residents from∞↓×↑ the outdoor designed ground lev©→§σel of the building exceeds 16m.

　　(2) If the ground αβ®floor is used as an el¥↔evated floor or storage space f×≤or multi-storey residential bu✘ ildings, lifts must be installed whe×÷n the floor of the entrance lev ↑£el of the residents is more t< han 16m away from the outdoor d©∞​λesign ground height of the building.
