China North Locomotive Changchun®↕ Railway Coach Company Limited &&("Changke"‌↓) is an early developeπ'✘≥r of modern trams in China, and i↕₽ts self-developed low-floor mode✘÷☆rn trams have been successfΩ™ully operated in August 2013 i¶♠n Hunnan New District of Shenyang,   including 70% low-f÷ε✘loor vehicles and 100% loσ≠w-floor vehicles. In ¥≈$¥May 2013, Changke bu∞→ilt a "manufacturing and repai‍↓r base" in Hefei Hi-Tech Zone to §εdevelop, design and manufacture♥©δ↕ urban rail vehicles, inte∑ ↓rcity rail vehicles, modern trams,π↑ low-floor light rail vehicl¥≤es and other products. It is leaγ®rnt that Changke will also build aα± modern tram producti♦∞←γon base in Shanghai. Longbus ✔≤♦is also expected to obtain orders for m¶↓εodern tram projects in Shanghai and σ£♦Zhengzhou.

Dalian Locomotive: Ground Power Supp∏↓≤ly "Braidless" Operaφ ☆>tion

In October 2012, Dalian L∑↔"♦ocomotive & Rolling Stock Co., ε☆Ltd. of CSR Group (DalianΩ÷∞ Locomotive for short) signed a technol €ogy introduction cooperati←☆↑on agreement with Ansaldo Breda of Ital ♠α<y, introducing the "♣₽braidless" modern tram and ground •÷φ power supply system technology,β★"  which is popular in Europe, to Chin♦Ωa for the first time. Dalian Lo∏αcomotive signed the technology intro♥♠↕duction cooperation agσ∑γ↑reement with Ansaldo Bar±∞λreda of Italy. In March 2012, Daliaγ≠n Locomotive started the construct✔<∑γion of the first domes♣φtic production base of modern≠  tram and ground power supply syλ​stem in Zhuhai, which will be'ε§ put into production in 2014 with a locφΩalisation rate of over 80%. ®× Currently, Dalian Locomo♣'tive is constructing Zhuhai modern ₹♣♦∏tram line 1 project in BT mode. in Se​£γ™ptember 2013, Dalian Locomotive won &≈the bidding of Beijing Xijiao Li₽♣∏ne modern tram vehicle procurement prβ✘δ↕oject, which will provide 31 100% l<<₩‌ow-floor modern trams for Xijiφ✔≤ao Line. And Dalian Locomot★±βive will also build a modern tram forβ∞ the city of Dalian in ←πMay 2014 to run on the streets of Dal♦≠★•ian first.

CSR Tangshan Railway ★™Coach: International Design and Export ¥€to Overseas

The modern trams of China¶→®> CNR Tangshan Railway Coach Co., Ltd (§•"CNR Tangshan") are jointly• ≈ designed with LOGOMOTIVE, and  ¶CNR Tangshan owns completely indep"∞endent intellectual property righ×®ts on the technologies includin×≠∞εg bogies. 2010, CNR Tangshan invested€> and took a controlling stake in Quanzhσε♠€ou, Fujian Province to set up CNR "★Quanzhou Company to ∑Ω&manufacture modern tram∞ ‌s, and agreed with Quanzhou C↔♠€ity to build modern tram α$σ‌lines in Quanzhou City in BT mode. In ≤§2010, CNR-Tangzhou invested an♠£βd took a controlling stake in the es§∞'tablishment of CNR Quan←÷zhou in Quanzhou, Fujian Pr€"ovince, to manufactu∏<✔re modern trams, and agreed ↑<♦with Quanzhou City to bu® >ild modern tram lines in Quanzhou φα•City in BT mode. At present, C™​™NR-Tangzhou is pushing forward the co"©nstruction of tramway to↔♣✔¶urism line project in Wuyi New District≤÷≠ of Nanping City. CSR Tang Che alsπ£o has orders in foreign countries. In ♣♣•✔December 2012, it signed a procurement ×§∞contract for 100% low-floor tr$★&ams for the city of Samsun≥λ<, Turkey, and the first train w '"as shipped to Turkey on₹ ÷± 29 November 2013 by air.
