In order to further improve the worα↔πλking mechanism of international÷↕ development of new energy indu±‍stry and accelerate the compr₩​♦♣ehensive development of China's ne→™∞w energy industry in overs ≥eas markets, on 23 April™β 2015, the National Energy Admi±÷®nistration held a symposium on int >¶¶ernational development of​✘​Ω new energy industry in Beijing. H♣↓'★ow can China's new energy enterpri↓✘ses better "go out"? Liang Zhππ ₩ipeng believes that new energy enterp'δ rises, including wind power, ≤↑πto improve their competitiveness at t™π€∑he same time, dare to go out, soε & that the international market r♠‌Ωecognition of China&←&∏#39;s new energy enterprise's abili<¶ty and strength; in addition, in the p¶ σarticipation of interna<​"tional competition aφ∞t the same time, in order to£> allow China's n​λ§ew energy enterprises to find± ★ their own shortcomings, and bet✔εter promote their own ₩ ≠development.

He sa αid that in recent years, under the d♣≤₩ual role of national​♣ policy support and ene ∑rgy structure adjustme♥σnt, China's new energy indust​ ←ry development environmeβ↔&nt has improved significantly, the ind≠δ &ustrial scale continues to expand, ∞'>the industry level is rα♥σapidly improving, an♥₹®d at present, China's total instπ alled capacity of wind power genera≠ ¶≤tion is high in the world's fir< ∑≠st, there are data showing t λα≥hat, as of the end of 2014, the wind p≈>∑ ower industry for the whole year, tσγhe wind power new installe®←↔∞d capacity of 19.81 million ki‌ lowatts, a new record high. ÷€ In the process of wind power¥∑β industry development, Sinovel adhe₩‌•res to technologicalβ₹​× innovation, has formed a perfect mega"₽™™watt wind turbine localisation supporti✘₩¶≠ng industry chain, and for the£≥ first time complete©σ±↔d the development andα≈σ₽ production of China's firstλ↔>δ 3MW, 5MW and 6MW wind turbin > ¥es with independent intellec↔$→tual property rights.

Up to no€♦≈w, 180 wind turbines have been expo✘&εrted, and the cumulative c→↔←apacity of wind turbinε£es exported to Turkey, Italy, Sw  ®€itzerland, Sweden, Brazil, Sout✔₹h Africa and other countries has™↕™÷ reached 300 MW, especial↔≈ly under the "One Belt, O® ne Road" strategy proposed by t™&↑♣he state, which has φ™σ<provided new energy enterpris ↔es, including Sinovel, with a good opp≤≤₽'ortunity to enter the in≈ ‌♥ternational market. 　　The person in charge of Sinovel intrα✔&oduced that the "Belt and Road&♦&quot; region is a potential high-growt∑π≥←h economic area with huge demand for≥ ≈± energy supply. With the continuo₩∑us progress of wind power₽≠ generation technology, wind power wi÷¥€∏ll be more competitive,  "₽ not affected by the flu<≈ctuation of fuel prices, price st<<ability and environmenφ♦'tal protection, wind power can be compl‌‌etely for the "Belt a∏↔≈™nd Road" along t ÷♣he region to bring clean, su∞$stainable and safe ene £rgy security. Accord✔​ ₹ing to its disclosure, Sin<÷ovel's forward-lookin$✔₩g strategic layout of the war will foc≠γαus on the "Belt an♣÷∞'d Road" region, an importa©≤nt country - Turkey, and participatedγ★​₩ in the construction of wind¥‌¶ power projects in the country, for S"♣inovel to expand the ∞γ↓international market, gold mining Th£≤ e "Belt and Road₩α§λ" has laid the founda≤→tion.

　　As early as in November 2011, →&÷Sinovel and Turkey B×∞ereket Energy Production ★≤××INC signed a co-opera±↔tion agreement to provi α•de the company with 36 sets oδ f 1.5MW wind turbines developeδ≥×↕d and manufactured by Sinove☆βl for the construction ≥★♥♣of the USAK wind power ✘ project located in USAK province i>αφ±n southern Turkey. On the basis α±∞of the initial co-operation,☆♠ Sinovel signed a second supply ag₹÷σreement with the com™∞pany in December 2012 to ↓β γprovide 36 sets of 1§≤≠.5MW wind turbines for the construc>↕&>tion of YALOVA wind ≠•γpower project in YALOVA provinc♥ ×e in southwestern Turkey. At presen" ≈t, these two wind power projects×♦λ have been lifted and the turbines hav♥₽e been fully commissioγ±ned, and the progress h÷↕×λas been very smooth.

　　The relevant person in charge o₹≤‍f Sinovel said that &‌ φactively expanding th♦§e international wind poweα ®r market and participating in intern">×ational competition is not only condλ$ucive to Sinovel's differentiated c™​ompetition and avoiding s♥®☆αimple price wars, but also conduci•↔ve to promoting the pro ÷fitability of Sinovel's ↓✔wind power enterprises.
