In order to further improve the wε♥✔orking mechanism of interna‍ε♣tional development of new energy indu÷¶↑♦stry and accelerate the comprehens÷®→ ive development of China's γ∑♥‌new energy industry in overseas mar'"kets, on 23 April 2015, the Nationa☆β​l Energy Administration held a symposiγ♦★ um on international development of n&©∑ew energy industry in Beijing.±₩≠Ω Liang Zhipeng, deputy director of ©© the New Energy Department ‍≈≈of the National Energy Board, preside φ ☆d over the meeting, and representa♥β®βtives of well-known  γ÷₽domestic new energy development entΩ↕∏★erprises, equipment manufacturing en↑•αterprises, financial institutioα₩βns and related agencies attended the meσ $eting. How can China's n♣↓≥δew energy enterprises betΩ‍ter "go out"?✔← Liang Zhipeng believes that new ener✘₹gy enterprises, including wind ₹ε£power, to improve th‍→≠®eir competitiveness at →<≈£the same time, dare to go out, ±®so that the international m♣÷¥λarket recognition of China&#ε↕∏39;s new energy enterprise&"↔#39;s ability and strength; in addition$☆↓ , in the participation§↕≤∏ of international compet $ ition at the same time, in o εrder to allow China's ne< w energy enterprises to find thΩλ≥σeir own shortcomings, and bett£≥≥er promote their own devλ✔elopment.

In t•♥he process of wind power ♠€✘✘industry development, Sinovel  ÷adheres to technological iδ&≈nnovation, has formed a perσ∞>÷fect megawatt wind turbine loc€≥₩alisation supporting industry chain, an↕​♦Ωd for the first time completed the devδ→elopment and production of China&♠ #39;s first 3MW, 5MW and 6MW w✔≤$ind turbines with independent×← intellectual property rights.

　　As early as in November 2011, Sinove≠¥‌γl and Turkey Bereket Ener'ε¶αgy Production INC signed a™≥₩ co-operation agreement t​≤®o provide the company with 36$™ sets of 1.5MW wind turbi✔$€nes developed and manufactured by Si↕γ novel for the construction of tδ£σ‍he USAK wind power p ↔‌€roject located in USAK province ®₽±↑in southern Turkey. On the basis of ₹¥>¶the initial co-operation, Sin>ε±ovel signed a second suppl↓↓y agreement with the company in Decem←≈‍×ber 2012 to provide 36 s↑☆ets of 1.5MW wind turbines for th♠<¶ e construction of YALOVA wind power pr♦Ω♣oject in YALOVA province in southwestε∏ern Turkey. At present, these two win ‍d power projects have been ∏↑↕εlifted and the turbines have been ☆§ fully commissioned, and the proγ±₹€gress has been very smooth.
